CranioSacral Therapy

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a very gentle, light touch approach that releases tensions deep in the central nervous system so that every other system in the body can relax, self-correct and free itself of pain and discomfort. The central nervous system has profound influence over your health and well-being. When we endure stress and strains our body absorbs them, but it can only handle so much of the tension that results. The tissues in turn begin to tighten, compromising the function of the central nervous system and thus nearly every other system in the body.

With CST those tensions are released to allow the body to relax and correct itself. With any therapy, the skill of the practitioner is incredibly important. Sherilyn has an incredible ability letting the body speak to her and to where her focus needs to begin. She looks at the vectors (lines) in the body that show the imbalance. This shows the root, where the imbalance of the body is originating.

The benefits of CST are profound, but don’t take my word for it, come in and experience it yourself!
